The following is a copy of the notice sent to current members regarding the next steps for incorporating the excluded units.
Dear Neighbors,
The Mixson Row HOA Board has been working diligently with our legal team to correct the oversight from the builders to exclude 61 townhomes from Mixson Row.
After the special meeting held on May 8, the final required vote was received on May 22nd, and the Second Amendment was ratified May 30. It is currently being filed with the Charleston County Register of Deeds, which can take 5-10 business days.
Once the amendment is filed, the HOA Attorney will draft the required documents to move forward with incorporating the excluded units into the Row.
We will have more information in the coming weeks and will provide further updates when available.
