As some of you may have heard, our longtime Neighborhood Manager, Miranda Dudley, has moved on to a new position. We wish her the best and thank her for the hard work she put into helping our community grow through a challenging transition.
We are happy to introduce our new Neighborhood Manager, Emerson Read, who has picked up the reins to serve as the Mixson Assembly’s point of contact with Leasing & Management.
Emerson shared the following with us:
“Even though I was born in Miami, Florida, I consider myself a Charlestonian and have been living in Charleston since 1966.
“I started my real estate career in 1980 with a family company, Read & Read Inc. Realtors, where I was involved in residential sales, residential, commercial, and association property management. I moved to John Liberatos’ Realestate Company in 2011 and have handled residential and association property management. I have worked exclusively in association property management for the last eight years and look forward to working with Mixson.”
