The following is a copy of the notice sent to excluded townhome owners of mobile notary services being offered by the Mixson Row Board to have their signed Consent to Declarations witnessed and notarized.
Dear Homeowners and Neighbors,
A few weeks ago you received a letter from Leasing & Management via email and mail that included a notice from our legal counsel about being incorporated into the Mixson Row HOA. These documents included a Consent to Declaration that must be signed, notarized and returned to:

In order to simplify this process the Mixson Row Board has hired a mobile notary to come to the neighborhood on the following dates:
Thursday October 17th 6:00 – 7:00pm
Thursday October 24th 6:00 – 7:00pm
We will be setup on the green picnic tables outside the Market at Paradiso. We encourage you all to attend to have your document notarized. Members of the Mixson Row Board will be present as well to answer any questions you may have about the process.
