Dear Homeowners,
We are pleased to announce that Ravenel Associates was selected by your Board of Directors as the new management company, effective November 1st, 2024. We would like to express our appreciation for the opportunity to manage Mixson Assembly HOA.
Our company strives to preserve and enhance the assets of the association. Since our inception in 1985, Ravenel Associates, Inc. has committed to maintaining its full attention to the professional management of its current properties. We are a local management firm that provides a personalized touch in our management with a team of professionals that are proud to also call the Lowcountry their home.
As your Association Manager my duties are to assist the Board of Directors in the day-to-day management, supervision, and administration of the Association. Ravenel Associates’ responsibilities also include periodic property inspections, supervision of routine contractors, securing of competitive bids for special projects, implementation of Board decisions, enforcement of rules and regulations, communication of pertinent information to all homeowners, and assisting with the organization of annual property owners’ meetings.
By way of introduction, my name is David Jonjevic, and I will be your new community manager. My community management experience includes 18+ years as a manager in and around Chicago, IL and now 4+ years in the Charleston area. I look forward to supporting the Mixson community.

More information regarding your community’s 2025 assessments will follow the 2024 Annual Meeting. Ravenel Associates offers several options to remit your assessments for your convenience:
- Bill pay: If you use bill pay through your bank, please provide your bank with the new lock- box address and phone number of 843-768-9480. The payee field should reflect your community’s name: Mixson Assembly HOA.
- ACH: The best way to ensure payment arrives on time is to set up automatic draft or ACH.
- Credit/debit card: Go to www.ravenelassociates.com and click Make a Payment or call 888-598-1067. Please note: there is a 3rd party 2.85% service fee for credit cards and a $2.95 fee for e-checks.
- Mail: Assessment coupons should be used when mailing a check as payment. Mail coupon & check to:
