The board did not hold a monthly meeting in July due to extenuating circumstances; however, communication continued and virtual meetings were held by the Board with HOA attorneys and management regarding third party delays preventing next steps for incorporating excluded units.

The monthly board meeting for Mixson Row was held on 6 June 2024 to discuss general updates/concerns after the final required vote in favor of incorporating excluded units was received 22 May and the second amendment was ratified 30 May. Update notice was drafted and sent to current Row members.
